Thank you. I have had the Snapper the longest and it is my main machine. I do commercial snow removal and that machine has been moving a lot of snow in the last 10 years. The one weak point on the snapper was the design of the axle Bushing supports. The frame acts as the support for the axle bushing when the bushing wore, the axle ate on the frame. So I have to get it repaired, most likely by adding a side mounting bearing to the side of the frame to fix that. Those Ariens machines are 45 years old and are tanks. The 7/24 is a good machine and I usually use it as my backup. The 32 wide with the predator is right up there with the snapper. Much larger bucket clears a lot of snow fast. The snapper really digs into heavy snow and can throw it 50 feet. The 32 wide Ariens can toss snow 40-45 feet now and clears the non-packed stuff the fastest. The all original 7/24 tosses 30 feet. All great machines, the snapper throws the best but the Ariens are tanks and are nearly impossible to break.

That is an awesome lineup you have. Those Ariens are some real workhorses. How does the Snapper compare? Ive been looking at some on CL. Thinking go getting some that are wounded and repair for resale. I like to do name brands. I've never had one before.

Sorry for late response. Just been really busy. Yes the wider wheels proved to be great. Maxhine felt more stable, and it got rid of the slipping I experienced with the narrow tires. I got my wheels off of a Snapper Rear engine rider. I believe the tire are 8.5 x16 i can check the exact size tomorrow and get back.
