WTB Handlebar control

I'm looking for a lefthand version of something like this for a mod project I'm tinkering with (most just have a hole for the cable end, this one has a home made clevis added to save a cable so just disregard that)

The handlebar is 1 1/4", I'm looking for an opposite version of something like this. The one I'm looking for would have the point for attaching the cable on the right side of the handle (opposite of this one).

I'm not in a rush (obviously due to the lack of snow this year), it's something I'm brainstorming now. If it works out, I may do this mod to 3 different machines, so if you have multiples let me know.

I have no problem with something needing to be cleaned up (cheaper is better than pretty for now). Let me know what you have and what you want for it.
