I am currently working on an old, 40+ years, Moto-Power snow blower model 621. Does anyone have a single auger unit that they can share some pictures. Specifically the drive pulleys, auger and engine. I am having trouble identifing the engine on this unit. I have searched all over the engine and cannot find any ID tags. I think it is a Tecumseh, either a 3 or 3.5 HP. But what series is a WAG.

Great Find! When I first saw the photo I thought it was a Moto-Mower machine, the colors are the same as an early 60's Moto-Mower pushmower I have. I can't help you with the engine model, though it does look like a Tecumseh but I'm not very familiar with 1960's engines and different brands may have looked similar, could it be a Kohler or Clinton?

If it is a Moto-Mower they have used Clinton engines

Here are a couple brochure ads from Moto-Mower.

Great find, I have not heard of Clinton engines for at least a dozen years, I think we had a lawn mower with a Clinton if I remember right I know we had a Clinton when I was a kid.
