Does anyone know how many Watts the Tecumseh HM100 stator puts out? I was reading in another thread that the Polar Force Briggs engines that replaced them puts out 60 Watts.......is the Tecumseh close to that? Thanks.

It depends which stator/flywheel combination you compare. I believe the 5 magnet flywheel 611094 and matching stator put out 7amps/84watts while the 3 magnet 611093 flywheel and stator put out 3amps/36 watts.

I have an HMSK80 and it puts out 84W. Does it have provisions for electric start? There will be a sticker on the recoil plate, and on that sticker (on mine anyway) in the bottom right corner it states the wattage, (see image). If there is no sticker, are there 3 holes @ 2-5-10 o'clock (that is also a way to tell if it has provisions)?
I'm no electrician but you can also tell by using a volt/ohm meter.
