Starter brush

New guy here. Does anyone know where I can get replacement brushes for A jq170-4 starter on my Platinum 30" ? Ive been searching and cant find them.

I would go to my nearest alternator/starter repair shop and get some there, they will know exactly what you need.

Platinum 30 921029. The starter is jq170-4. the brushes are no good but everything else is fine. i dont want to replace the whole starter.

exactly, the starter shop could supply u with a brush kit, it would come with new springs and slides if the model is made with interchangeable slides.
