2017 Auto Turn still a issue?

I need to get another snowblower. I'm going to give my 24" older Yardman to my brother in law and upgrade to a 28" with a beefier motor. That said I'm concerned over switching from the old style of one wheel spinning or posi lock. I really don't mind turning it even in posi as compared to other walk behind machines its easy enough. Did they improve on the auto-turn in anyway? I like using my snowblower on frozen windrows like around the mailbox and since I'm always plowing commercially during the snow events I find myself plowing the day after alot. If it has trouble pulling to one side on difficult half frozen windrows I wouldn't be very happy over the purchase. Thanks for any input.
