About to order 24 deluxe

Hi all. New guy here. After driving myself crazy with research and forums, etc I think I'm going to go with Ariens 24 Deluxe. Was at the dealer yesterday and compared the ariens and toro side by side. Dealer also carries simplicity, Honda and some other brands. Talking about choices lol. I really liked the chute control on the toro but that's about it. The ariens just feels a lot beefier.

I have a double wide driveway approximately 20 ft deep. I'm on a corner residential lot. I have about 120 ft of sidewalk 5 ft wide. On the side there is an incline up the sidewalk. When we get big storms like the last three years the eod is a nightmare to deal with. The plow doesn't get any closer than 4 or 5 ft from the driveway. When it piles up I always have to bring out the shovel to clear the end. My 17 yr old toro just won't cut it anymore. It's old and slow and also has carb issues. I've been wanting to get a new blower for a couple years now, but the toro just won't die. I may just give it to my neighbor. He's pretty handy. Im hopping the new one will serve me well. I'm also going to have them install the hand warmers. 75.00 for the warmers and install. I even got them to match the hd military discount which was very nice of them. I just have to pick it up instead of delivery.

One thing that concerns me. I tried to call ariens with a question but could not get through. Just got a voicemail. I'm used to a customer service number that someone actually answeres. Oh well, all in all I think I made a great choice. Going in tomorrow to finalize. Thoughts????? Steve
