Small issue with my ariens

Hello!
I bought a brand new ariens 28sho a few months ago. Im happy with it, could have been a little stronger but i have a small issue.

Each time there is lot of snow and the snowblower is working hard, the chute move alone towards the right. Is there a way to avoid this?

Oh, and anyone could tell me after how many hours i should change the engine oil?

Thanks 🙂

Garage
They say to change after the first five hours in most manuals.
