2002 Ariens 724 Deluxe; What oil to use?

Hello everyone,

Time to change the oil in my old 2002 724 Deluxe that I recently got - 5w30 dino? I suspect I wouldn't want to use a synth/synth blend. Thanks in advance.

I use 5w-20 anything. As long as it's not old off the shelf crap and you change it once a year and keep it topped off, oil is oil.

Wake me up when the snow's done...

Steve
The correct oil is 5w/30 not 5w/20

And to add to this, synth or a blend is fine, it's up to your preference. There's no requirement to stick with dino juice.
