carb/springs linkage pics? (70's era)

I'm not sure my early 70's Ariens Snow Blower is setup correctly?
Can someone please post some pictures of their setup?
Springs and linkage?

Thanks
Brent

Here is a picture of my 1969, I believe they are the same up to mid 70's. I never moved my spring, it was always in that position even though I think it's supposed to be in one of the linkage holes. My machine runs fine so I haven't changed it.

Spring - That is actually what I'm looking to find out. Mine is attached to the back of the bracket, but does nothing except put tension on the lever, which doesn't lower or elevated the throttle. ...and I was trying to figure out what triggered the throttle linkage on the front of the engine?!

Anyone else have a pic of a correct and complete setup? Length of the spring?
