Original Documenets and Maintenance kit from my 74'

Posted previously some pics of my 74' Sno throw 24'' 7hp Ariens and thought I would throw in the documentation and maintenance kit pics too! My grandfather bought the machine new and it has been serviced every year since new! It appears my Grandfather bought it for a whopping $432 back in 74' which is a ton of money then and to me still is now!

Uh oh. Someone better get ready to catch Scot. I think he might faint when he finds your threads.

Oh no, what is that John Deere stuff doing in there! Say it isn't so.

Lol Yeah it is Deere stuff but I have never used it! My grandfather always saved everything so that is why I have all this stuff and I don't think I'll be parting with it!!! 36+ years of service and going strong!!!!!

That's pretty sweet!
I have the same brochure!
although I have mine listed as a 1973 brochure..I will have to double-check that:

Never seen the customer maintance kit before though..that has to be very rare! cardboard containers like that (for the kit) dont tend to stick around..
nice!
Scot
