Throttle Plate cover and Stickers for 932006 model

All,

My neighbor is repainting and restoring a 1978 Ariens Model 932006 Serial Number 006321.

He was wondering if anyone can help me find a new throttle plate cover (the little metal plate that says choke/fast/slow on the handle bar).

Also, it appears that the Ariens logo is painted on the handle bar plate and I was wondering if there are any stickers available. It will be too difficult to pain t around and would not look nice.

I appreciate any help; he is senior citizen and does not use inet so I asked him to give me a few days to help him find some stuff. It is a neat project.

Thanks,
Scott

The ones I have say Park, Fast, Slow, Stop. The choke is done at the carb with a knob.

If you send those photos above to the vendor above and tell him the approximate dimensions, he can print custom decals.

Good luck with the restoration, I found a 932000 series snowblower for sale tonight and I'm going to go look at it tomorrow. The seller doesn't even know it's an Ariens, and I like the fact that someone has upgraded it to modern tires:

Edit - that pictured snowblower turned out to be a giant turd with a seized drive assembly/non-starting engine/a haven for mice. I passed on the snowblower.

Loneraider,

I did not end up getting those stickers. They did not appear off the shelve to have what my neighbor needed and my neighbor did not really want to pay the going rates for a sheet of stickers.

He just sanded and repainted the unit overall and is not really trying to give it the 1970's original finish.

I wish you the best.
