2006 11528LE upgrades

Hi, another new guy here. I just purchased a lightly used 926102, serial number 006675. I plan on upgrading to dual belts, quick stick kit, and the engine baffle kit. Will also install the chute control bushing and clip as mine is broken. Any recommendations as to best place to purchase these kits? Also, I have only driven it enough to get it into my garage, but struggled a bit with the remote wheel lock/unlock. How is that supposed to work? I've seen some other kits mentioned, but am not sure what they do, i.e: remote trigger kit, and pinion shaft anti-rotation kit. Any upgrade advice would be appreciated!

These 2 vids in a previous post discuss three of the upgrades . Don't know if you already saw them, but kit numbers are in there. Partstree, com has always been good to me. I recently ordered a hard to find Mikuni carb for a JD lawn tractor from repairclinic.com. They were $100 cheaper than JD dealer and have a warehouse in MI. I ordered on a Monday morning and the carb was on my tractor by 2pm the next day (arrived around lunch time). First time I ever ordered from them, but I'll be going back. I've also ordered from jackssmallengines.com
I found this discussion helpful for placement of the spring on the chute upgrade kit 52609100.

Thanks! I'll check out repair clinic. Good info on the chute control.
