Friction Disc

Hi, I need to replace my friction disc in my 69 ariens. I have looked them up and they range from $10 to $50. What brand and where is the best place to buy them? Also any tips on replacement? Also the bushings that support the axle I have seen them for as cheap as $3....

Here's a link to the one I purchased through Amazon.com. It bolted right on and seems to work fine.

Parts seem to be all over the price scale. Belts, carbs, you name it and the prices go from one extreme to the other. I'm not going to spend $45 on a friction disc when I can get one for $15.
