Thumbs up Got to use my blower for the first time yesterday

We got about 3 1/2" of snow followed by freezing rain on Saturday night so there wasn't much snow but what was there was heavy & slushy, not the most ideal conditions for a 1968 Ariens 10M6D. I bought it back in September and after repowering with the 212cc predator and installing the impeller kit I figured I'd give it a shot anyways. My driveway splits to the left around the house so it's about 30' at it's widest point. My first pass was right down the center of the driveway with the house to my left. I was pleasantly surprised that it tossed this slushy mess the 15' needed to clear the driveway. I'm glad it has the wheel differential as it made it real easy to move around for such an old machine. I'm now looking forward to a heavier snowfall to see what it can really do!

I did a homemade impeller mod using the sidewall of an old tire, worked great, we'll see how the rubber hold up.

Wow stupid me I didn't notice that part in the original listing! Its nice to see old machines brought back to life. The debate over the engines is still up. however I haven't seen one person complain yet about any issue that have used theirs on a snowblower. Hopefully if your able to I would love to see a video of it in use. I have not seen any yet of an upgrade on an older ariens.
