Ariens SHO impellar

So is there really that much difference in the SHO impeller then the regular one?

What is all that is difference, the impeller different or just a different size of the pulley that makes it spin faster and what not?

Anyone know the RPM of both the sho and regular impellers? Any tests done?

Also is there much price difference from the Deluxe 30 and Deluxe SHO 28?
My dealer only has a Deluxe 30 in store to check out.

The Deluxe 30 impeller speed is 1010 rpm and 28 SHO is 1083, same impellers but different pulleys. The 28 SHO has same engine thus more power per inch and will throw about 10 % further. Spec is 55 ft. vs 50 ft.

2015 Ariens 28+ 414cc, drift cutters, poly skids, Ariens Cab. Debating about hand warmers.
