Welcome to the forum Boxxer

What are you using now ??

You understand the Cub is made by MTD ??
Is it selling for about a grand in your area ??
Have you looked at a Toro or Ariens in that price range ??

For something that long IMHO you're firmly into rider with a blower territory but I've got almost 400' of gravel and I do like to use the walk behind. But I do have a JD rider with a blower just in case.

I don't have a Cub (yet) but wanted to see if you're set on the Cub or still "shopping".

nothing wrong with MTD, just not as sturdy as some of the other makes. i have an mtd troy- bilt myself ! it is no where close to the troy-bilt stuff from back in the day but should last many years if its looked after properly. jmo
