Honda HS928, $695, Boston area

I'm selfishly very tempted to just try and grab this for myself, but trying to be good, so posting it here instead.

Honda HS928, wheeled, $695, in Natick. There's only one picture, and it doesn't show the augers, but what it *does* show looks to be in very nice condition, to me. It has rear, and side, skid shoes.

Listen to your inner Red.... Inner Red is always right

I saw that machine yesterday when perusing through Craigslist. Seem like a really fair deal. Can't go wrong when you have Ariens and Honda in your snow clearing arsenal.

Come on.... pull the trigger!!!!!

Inner Red would have a bigger collection of equipment than Outer Red does, and would have even *more* trouble figuring out where to store it, and explaining to the better half why it's all needed

I would really like to try a Honda, and the hydrostatic trannies sound great, along with the legendary throwing distance. And being 4" wider than mine.

But I'd also give up some features of my Ariens that I really like. Like the differential, heated grips, and headlight (and more powerful engine). A light could be added, of course. But the diff makes it much easier to handle. What I'd *really* like is an HSS928, with the triggers, but it will be a while before the prices on those get to a level that I can justify

Good, someone must have bought it. I hope someone here got a good deal!

Then I just saw this, posted an hour ago. Another HS928 (I think), wheeled. Condition may not be quite as nice, still only 1 pic, has a headlight, side skids, $600 in Methuen!

Geez, they're just *trying* to get me to buy one. If someone here missed the last one, please do me a favor and grab this one!

Just get one, you wont be disappointed; enough admiring from afar, its time to come to the dark side .
