That is a Canadian made snow mule I think.
It would be worth grabbing and selling the OEM motor and putting a Honda or Yamaha V twin on for sure. The other thing I would change is the chute and line the chute with slick sheet material using stainless steel elevator bolts to secure the slick sheet.

i saw a vid of 1 on you tube had impeller kit was eating 13 inches of snow at a fast pace throwing it over the phone lines 45 feet clearing a parking lot
i looked at one that was local for 600 very very hard to turn its a monster i wanted to get it just cause it looks insane lol
