Simplicity in MN just needs a bucket !!

He thinks you can shim this gap up with a little metal or wood !!
If he thinks the tires (old style) and engine (no electric start) are worth the asking price he could at least say what engine it is !!

snowblower - snow blower - Tecumseh - powerful engine

.
Make sure the windows are up before the snow plow goes by !!

It's a "powerful" engine... what more do you need to know?

Actually from appearance and particularly the muffler, it looks like it's a 8-11 HP engine, and in pretty decent shape. If I lived nearby, I'd buy it for the engine alone!

Or maybe as a restoration project... it looks like a pretty cool machine.

~1994 Ariens 924084 (ST1032) "papa bear": restored, re-engined, real nice!
1991 Ariens 924050 (ST824) "mama bear"
Toro PowerCurve 1800 "baby bear"

Be alert! America needs more lerts.

Rust Bucket more like it. He must live next to a salty busy highway since his machine had tons of rust on it.
