Would a Predator conversion be fairly easy to do on that model?

Hmmm... I may have to bid on this one if a Predator swap is easy enough!
My inlaws are looking for a blower. This may be a good present for me to build for them!

Are they? Just looked like some surface rust to me. But what do I know.
