Help save this Gilson

Classic 1969 Model 835 located in River Falls, Wisconsin - right near Minneapolis. Would make an ideal spring/summer project for someone. The 835 is an excellent gear drive machine, with a nice wide oval discharge chute and the ability to chew through any type or height of storm clean-up. The auger gear box alone on these things literally weigh over 25 lbs..

Sounds like the head gasket or valve cover gasket is toast. The turf type tires roll really nicely without the chains...

It's home

Thanks toroused, I doubt I would have caught that one otherwise.

Started a thread on it just in case I do try and resurrect it.
