Yeah, he seems a little confused..the title says Ariens, so if we assume its the Ariens, he made four mistakes:

26" - no.
28" - no.
Commercial - no.
Drum auger - no.

But still, if it is actually in as nice condition as it looks, and everything works, then $150 is a great price..

Its a 24" Ariens 10,000 series, 1973 or 1974 model year..based on the bucket, most likely '74.
Last of the 10,000 series, a great find in that condition.
