SnoJoe Battery Issue

Recently I came into possession of a new ION24SB-XR blower. It's a neat unit but has 2 main drawbacks.

One the handlebars are made for a guy that's at least 6 ft tall.

The biggest problem however, is the fact if you hit an object, even slightly the ride side battery pops out of its holder. This get frustrating and more time consuming than if I just used a shovel.

Anyone out there familiar with this issue?

Not familiar with those battery powered blowers...... looks like the reviews I see are about 50/50 on them. I dont see any good up close pics of how the battery is held in...?

Get ahold of thier support dept and see what they have to say....... sounds like they need some input on the design and usability of the thing to me.......

I am deathly allergic to shovels!
