I doubt we have any chance of figuring out who that is unless the photographer or the subject of the picture posts something. Whoever that is well covered in winter gear and obscured by snow.

If we want to have some fun we should try to figure out the make and model of that snowblower. Maybe year of manufacture if you really want to impress the forum. So far I'm pretty sure it's not an Ariens.
