i don't know how they do it

Our house has a good long driveway, about 150' long plus about 200' of sidewalk and the parking area. I was talking to the neighbor in the duplex next to me, and he said that the guy that i bought the house from would shovel the driveway by hand. It takes me about less than an hour with my two stage, and about half an hour with the blower on the tractor. My blower went out on me last year and we had a good 4"-6" that night and it probably took me about four hours to shovel out the driveway alone. I couldn't imagine living there for four or five years, and never getting a blower.

some people like the exercise. I shoveled our driveway until age 55.
