Yes, another "Chonda". Most are made by the same company but use a different name. Loncin is one of the companies that make them.

One of the photos has a partial picture of the engine sticker and it says, "..qing am pride power machinery co ltd."

If you google that, it comes up as Chongqing Ampride Power & Machinery Co., Ltd, so it's not made by Loncin.

It has an interesting muffler design, though.

That is the engine distributor, notice the name with "AM" america- "Pride". You see the air injection inlet on the exhaust header, like automobiles had in the past. It is to let air into the exhaust system to burn off unburned hydrocarbons before they exit the muffler. Check out the breather tube on the fuel tank that goes to the air intake to burn gas fumes that escape the fuel tank. Looks like they are really trying to qualify for emission reasons.
There are a lot of different companies making the engines and there are even more names they go by over in China, they do that to make it hard to trace it back to the originator for liability reasons, so the main "Parent" company doesn't get sued for something. Like a "Fly by night" company. They learned that from the Americans with their money hungry lawyers.
They have also learned to change the company name quite frequently and they move around a lot where they are located. There are no "Copyright" laws in China like we have in the USA.
These companies like to "Hide" a lot, just in case Trump gets pissed off at them and decides to send a B-52 bomber over to take the factory out, because his "Ying-Yang" powered lawn mower died out before it finished cutting the grass at one of his resorts.
