winter engine clearance

i wasn't really looking for them but noticed that princess auto has some of their winter engines on sale for about 1/2price which seems like an awesome deal compared to what they go for in the summer. if i could justify buying 1 i would but i still already got another one sitting around taking up space that i haven't used yet.

I stocked up on some 208cc winter engines on e-bay a few months ago ....$79 free shipping! downside is a 25 mm shaft.....but two thousandths in shims and a 1 inch pulley works. I put one on a 1973 10000 series Ariens, and couldn't have been happier with it.

usually you can't get them that cheap here. the shipping is usually the deal breaker. they have had 208cc engines for sale in store for $100 but no electric start and the output shaft had a funny step down near the end. also prices are in CAD so they are only about $125-200USD which is really not that expensive.
