A few questions if i may

Ok i passed on the JD, thank you all so much for your wisdom
So i do about 9 or 10 homes in the community , its a program to keep the elderly in there homes, and i make a little money also.
I bought a BR600 2 years ago and its a dream. Live in Calgary Alberta, western Canada.
I have owned a bran new Ariens compact , a Honda single stage, a Toro single stage , and an Ariens Path Pro, all 208 cc, sorry Honda was a 190 I believe.
When we have our heavy wet snow here, every one of those machines would clog up, and i would need to clear it out.
Is this with all Blowers ? Or if a guy gets a 254 cc or larger, is your problem solved ? I would love to know what blower you think would be best for me, and my 9 0r 10 homes ? I don't want to buy a big honking blower for just those jobs.
Any input would be great .
Thanks much
Cheers

Yes, all blowers.
Japanese would be most resistant but still not guaranteed
Add a impeller kit to almost any two stage and you'll be set regarding clogging.

Heavy, wet snow is a chore for any 2 stage blower, some worse than others, depending on maintenance and design.

I do it myself, the cost is almost nothing: some rubber belting from tractor supply, self tapping screws, washers.
I'm not aware of any blowers it cant be put in.

You can Google "impeller mod" for more information about this as well as several places where to purchase already cut and packaged rubber flaps.

Also make sure that the inside of the auger and chute is slick.
oil and teflonspray are two examples of things that helps preventing the snow from sticking
