Not bad..the larger engines are usually expensive.
The poster above also found a good deal..
I don't know much about the larger Lifan engines..but the little ones will take a beating and run well for their displacement size

Note that the shaft is 25mm and it has low oil shutdown that you'll need to disconnect for snowblower use.

I too would go for the LCT Snow King, which is already fully configured for winter/snowblower use.

I generally agree, but note that the LCT doesn't have a throttle. It runs at full speed all the time, which is not a great "feature" IMHO.

~1994 Ariens 924084 (ST1032) "papa bear": restored, re-engined, real nice!
1991 Ariens 924050 (ST824) "mama bear"
Toro PowerCurve 1800 "baby bear"

Be alert! America needs more lerts.

Not so true, my 414cc LCT was $270 ish shipped and has throttle.

Sno-Tek Modded, 15"X-Track tires (Now has same X-Track tires but 13"x4" for better fit), 254cc engine LED light and hand warmers.
Snapper 6/22 sold but not forgotten. Was my first.
Ariens ST1027LE workhorse and going strong.
New 2017 Ariens Deluxe completely rebuilt after losing a fight with a forklift.
