Torque spec for Predator Engine crankshaft pulley

I know I've seen it posted before, but came up empty using the search feature.

What's the torque spec for the 5/16"-24 bolt connecting the drive pulley to the crankshaft?

Also what's the best way to hold the pulley's when torquing the crank pulley to prevent putting stress on the engine internals while tightening?

Thanks!

There are standard torque charts when nothing is published.
I've shoved a length of 1/4 inch rope into the spark plug hole a time or two when I needed the engine to not rotate.

torque spec will be dependent on application. you can always slide a screwdriver through the starter cup and tighten it that way
