Single Stage Self Propelled Auger Drive

Does anyone know how the auger drive self propelled feature works on the newer Simplicity single stage snow blowers, compared to that of the Toro 621 or Honda HS520 single stages.

I know on my Honda HS520, Many times it was a pain. I had to tilt the handlebars a little forward, tilting the handle bar forward would cause me many times to hit all the uneven spots in the concrete.

On the Toro 621 I had for a while ago I could simply depress the auger control and away it would go, no tilting of the handle bars or anything. Very easy.

I was curious about how the self-propelled auger drive system that the newer Simplicity single stage snow blowers work. Do you need to tilt the handlebars?
