First snowblower

I'm so happy I found this forum. I'm looking to buy my first snowblower in the next week or two. I'm stuck between the Toro 826 ote and the 928 oxhe. I live in Minnesota just south of the twin cities and have a asphalt driveway that can fit 8-9 vehicles. I would like my wife to be able to use it as well when I am not home and was wondering if power steering on the 928 is worth the extra $500. Also feel free to recommend other models. Thanks in advance

I have used an old Toro 3521 straight axle, and old Ariens 7/24 with a differential and a newer Troy Bilt 8/26 with a straight axle.

The Ariens with the differential was the easiest to handle because of easy steering.

Please direct all snow blower questions to the forums and not to me with PMs.

the trigger steering is a option. but if your wife is going to use it you better get it for her. ALOHA to the forms..: cool:
