A survivor for sure, but you'd have to be careful around small pets and animals.

Garage:
MTD....2 stage(modern 8.5 HP) not my favorite
Honda HS622 TA-B - acquired at an auction- nice machine for it's size.
Toro S-140- Picked it up on trash day... it runs, sort of.
Yamaha YS 240 TB "Ricky" latest Craigslist find- on the bench now.

That looks to be in really nice condition. I had one, sadly it did not survive my divorce. The EX hated that thing and put it out to the curb during our separation. It would drill a tunnel into the EOD.

One thing to to keep it maintained, is the drive wheel gears. Inside of the metal tires is a internally driven gear that needs to be lubed. The one I had wore the drive gear out, luckily I was able to save it with spare parts from a reel mower.
