simplicity m924e snowblower

There are several wires going to the electric chute switch how do i test them when chute does not rotate.Also where would I find a complete repair manual for this model?

If you can use a multimeter, I would start the machine and find a place near the chute that you can attach the leads to check for 12v. activate the switch nd see if you get voltage coming from the switch to the chute. If you get none, I would then check the wires coming from the engine to the switch. With the engine running, you should get voltage all the time.

As to the manual, I would check with you Simplicity dealer to have him order you one
