Are there any companys that make plastic shoes for a thrower

This mite be help full to make the thrower slide better .

Ariens and MTD do. I am sure others do as well. There have been plenty of threads on the subject here as well as plenty of members making their own.

Yes, Robalon skid shoes are poly based. I just put a set of them on my Powershift and it slides real nice on the concrete now. They weren't much more expensive than the Toro metal ones.

Plus they are made in the town I grew up in, Kimberly, WI. It's nice to support a very local business.

I just ordered these from Amazon, went on easy enough.
Adjusted the height easy enough.
We had 2 snow falls since, glide well on both black top and cement.
And they don't dig into the lawn...
