Winter forecast for your area?

Here in the Denver area (east of the mountains), they are saying maybe around 60 inches of snow this winter. I live somewhat in the foothills and at about 800-1000 ft above Denver so we get just a bit more.

Sounds like your machines will be getting some good use this upcoming winter. I'm hoping to get some good accumulations here. Last winter we didn't get much snow at all, with the exception of winter storm Jonas.

I think that's just a news "filler story". They have no way to predict longer than a week ahead with any reasonable semblance of scientific accuracy.

Yep.,I agree, these "entire winter" predictions are meaningless.
5 days max with any meaningful accuracy, anything beyond that is nothing more than a guess.

According to channel 7, it seems we are going to get less snow this year. They said Denver got around 75 inches last year, most of it came on that one big storm we got, I think in March.

But where your at, you might get the same as last year or more.

Who knows?
