Honda HS720 clutch cable/wheel removal

Picked up a new HS720 yesterday and it works great.. untill the auger clutch cable comes off. Not sure what I did but I was using the machine and it just came loose on me. Now I can't seem to get it back on since the wheel doesn't allow any space to work. How do I remove the wheel? This thing came assembled from the dealer, unsure if they all come this way or not. Once I get the cable back on, any tips to having it stay on? Is this common on these machines?

Thanks

Got the cable back on, needle nose and small hands did the job.

I feel it's going to come back off. Any suggestions?

Adjust the cable tension, maybe the cable stretched. If I recall slide the cover up that goes over the spring and plate that the cable attaches to, move the cable to a different hole in the plate, to get more tension.
