Murray 8/24 loose/rattling plastic discharge chute

Hi guys. Picked up a Murray in decent condition for a 2002. It has two problems one easily fixed.
The second is when the engine is running the discharge chute is bouncing all over the machine.
The gears on the chute engage fine and it rotates smoothly with ease. But too much ease as the chute is loose when I place my hand on it. The chute will rotate on its own when the blower is on and I anticipate this being a messy snow clearing experience. Any help is appreciated

Either the chute or the collar itself is worn down. or the clamps that hold said parts together are shot.

Long LIVE THE POWERSHIFT!! MAY IT NEVER RUST IN PEACE!!

The plastic outer ring or the inner ring could be cracked. There are also 4 long square shank carriage bolts, are all of these there?

Thanks guys. It definitely feels like the collar itself is worn because the carriage bolts are there. I loosened and then retightened them and a slight improvement. I guess I’ll disassemble it and check it the inner and outer assembly collar and see what needs replacing
