I found some of my 'lost' manuals, send me a pm with your email and I'll check to confirm in the next couple of days. If I have a pdf you're welcome to it.

That's a good little machine, congrats on owning it.

The 536. prefix indicates AMF, for a manufacturer. The prefix 538. indicates AMF or Murray as the manufacturer.

really? AMF? I thought they were "dead" before these machines were built. I have an 8/26 trac drive (do not have full model # handy right now but it is in a thread in the Craftsman forum titled "8/26 trac drive missing piece") that is an '89-90 vintage, I always thought mine was Murray built.
