New Moderator

Please welcome a new addition to the Moderator staff, 87powershiftx2
He is a partner in a small engine shop and brings decades of experience to the forum on top of being an ASE certified Master Tech.

As you know, SBF is moderated by a team of members who volunteer to try to steer this constantly changing forum and keep it a friendly and helpful place. It can take a lot of time, and while rewarding, can also be quite demanding time wise. Life brings changes, and sometimes it's no longer possible for a moderator to devote that kind of time to an "online volunteer" job.

bwdbrn1 has requested to retired from the team and we seem to have lost contact with Shryp for some time now. I want to recognize the hard work and heart that retiring mods have put into the "job".

THANK YOU mark.Scot and others

it's 60 years of mechanic's, engine rebuilding, machining, drag racing which i still do, while now retired,I was a ASE master tech along with registered master from Audi,Porsche and VW, it's costly to keep up certs so they have been allowed to lapse.
as to this moderator spot,it's not new to me having been one in several other forums for pick ups and auto's . i love to share what i learned from using my hands
and yes I'm a navy vet. uncle sam taught me diesel
