Powersmart DB7651 wont start

Hello, I have a year old Powersmart DB7651 that doesn't want to start. I put in Seafoam last spring and then also this fall with fresh gas. Neither the pull start or electric start will get it started. Being practically a new machine, would you rule out a bad spark plug? And with the adding of Seafoam, I didn't think the carborator would be gummed up. It seams like maybe it's not getting gas when I push the primer bulb...is this a possible cause of the issue? What would this involve in fixing it? Any other thoughts on why it wont start? Thanks for the help!!

Welcome to SBF.
Are you using the correct starting procedure? Does it fire at all? Have you pulled the plug, laid it against grounded metal and.pulled the rope?
We need more details. Briggs engine? Have you tried using a small amount of starting.fluid in the carb? Any nanny switches that need set first?
Have you re-read the proper starting instructions??

Another vote for trying some starting fluid, or spraying a bit of gas into the carb's intake.

Do you get a spark if you remove the spark plug, re-connect the wire, lay the body of the plug against the metal of the engine's block, and try to start it? You should get a bright blue spark.
