Ironton 208cc for $99

I know people usually get the Predators for the same price, but the Ironton 208cc is now on sale for $99 at Northern Tool.
I think this is the same engine on the smaller Ariens and MTDs?

If it is the same engine that came on my Cub Cadet, it's a great running engine! Would make another engine option for a re-power!

Because I was looking closely at a HF Predator earlier this evening, I can say much of it looks exactly the same. The plastic cover over the air filter is slightly different as the Predator cover clips on where this has a wing nut on top. The Predator I was looking at (one I picked up yesterday) has the hemi head, so it had a different rocker cover. Id guess these both came from loncon.
