Question Good deal? Vintage simplicity on CL

Deciding whether or not to pick up an old simplicity on Craigslist near me it's a whopping $20. Anyone know what year this thing is and how well they work? I personally think the price is OK but I want something I can use(and is old). I can't find to much about these smaller sno aways.

Here's the link

This looks early to mid 1960's, single stage, with the "rooster tail" discharge chute and a Briggs & Stratton. And the uber rare giant engine cover - those are never
still around when these things go up on Craigslist.

What a great looking old machine....

If complete, I'd definitely pick it up for that price.
