Smile Obsolete Simplicity Parts

Good Day All

New to the forum, so bear with me.
I am the proud owner of a 7-55 Sno-Away. Not sure of the year, I'm thinking mid 1990's. It served me well during the 80+ inches of snow that NW Ohio was blessed with this winter.
Now that it appears the Old Man winter is letting go, I'm assesing what I need to do to prep the blower for next year.
The cutter bar (Part #1675080) is obsolete. Mine has seen better days, as the previous owner never adjusted the shoes properly. Is there a cutter bar from another make that might work? I'm not opposed to modifying one if thats what it takes. E-bay searches have been less that fruitfull.
Any/all responses are welcomed.
Thanks for your time.

Welcome, and some just use the old one as a template and replace it with simple bar stock.

But it depends on your DIY comfort level.

Garage:
MTD....2 stage(modern 8.5 HP) not my favorite
Honda HS622 TA-B - acquired at an auction- nice machine for it's size.
Toro S-140- Picked it up on trash day... it runs, sort of.
Yamaha YS 240 TB "Ricky" latest Craigslist find- on the bench now.

Just down the road in Wauseon
I'll take what I have to the fab shop at work. Perhaps they can crank out a couple.

Thanks for the replies.

Are you sure ?? It's also a 1675080A and it's used by Snapper.

Snapper Authorized Substitution
The part number 1675080 has been changed to part number 7600017SM. While the new part may look different, this is a Snapper approved substitution.
Snapper 1675080 SCRAPER BAR KIT, 22" ($39.10)

I'd sure build one before I paid this kind of $$$ to sears !!

But it's available.
