Bent sprocket

I have 3/16" thick by 6" in diameter sprocket that has about an 1/8" run out in one area and chain tends to catch there. I wondering about straightening it. Is anyone knowledgeable about this?

Well, if it ain't any good the way it is what do you have to lose by gently trying to straighen it out? Just go slow when doing it. 1/8" isn't very much.
