I believe the sidewalks are usually on city property, therefore, they should be clearing them. If not, demand they remove them, or just put up barracades with a "closed" sign on them, there, problem solved ... LOL

~ Craftsman 12/32 OHV 71-52112-1 (now in service)

~Noma GP 1028EL (repaired and serviced for daughter to use)

I'd like to say only in Ontario, but out here in the west, Saskatoon is kicking around a similar bylaw. Sounds like Kitchener is really taking it to the crazy line.

I think a few more dollars on the tax bill and having them continue to clear them would be better than dealing with sidewalk BS. It really comes down to a money grab with issuing fines and liabilities. Stand up against that bylaw!
