Poll: make location in profile mandatory?

Well I sure hope this works, I've never done a poll on a web forum before...

Like the title says, and has been discussed (and discussed some more) here: https://www.snowblowerforum.com/forum...mandatory.html... should entering a "location" when setting up your profile be mandatory?

You can choose one of:
"No" = Leave things the way they are, location completely optional.
"Nag" = Entering a location is not required, but if you leave it blank a prompt will come up encouraging you to enter a location.
"Yes" = Make entering a location mandatory. You cannot complete creation of a profile if a location is not entered. You could still, of course, make something up

Poll results will be public, and the poll will be open until 11/25/2015.

Be alert! America needs more lerts.

Psst... you need to click the button or whatever it is next to "yes" up above for your vote to register - or did you and I'm not seeing it?

I know "button or whatever" isn't very specific but I'm not seeing the voting controls since I already voted.

Thanks, ELaw.

People in the Witness Protection Prog can always lie about their location...no big deal!

I went with the nag option. Awesome forum, relatively new member, me, suggest a idea, it's debated, then a vote. Huh? Weird we can't get politics to work this smooth/fairly.

Lol. Well played, just joking I know this wasn't what you anticipated when you started this whole thing. I am happy to see it was put up for a vote. On snowblower forum.com your voice will be heard.
