Snowbird S262 in Northern upstate NY

Just stumbled across this nice looking Snowbird S262 on CL. A little far for me.

Classic 1963 Snow-Bird Snowblower

and a very nice S225 in Vermont

Well your site is about the only info you can find on the net.
He says,
Classic 1st Generation 1963 Snow-Bird Model S-262, 26" cut path, 6 HP Briggs & Stratton engine, self-propelled (forward and reverse) snow blower. A rugged classic workhorse that I've personally used to make short work of the northeast's worst snowstorms. Unfortunately, they just don't make 'em like this anymore!

Why is he selling it then?

I hate shoveling SNOW!
