On sale $16 Pep Boys Berryman ChemDip

I have used 3 different carburetor dips, Berrymans Chem-Dip Carburetor Parts Cleaner, NAPA Carb Cleaner dip, and lacquer thinner.

I had high notes for lacquer thinner because it is such a great solvent but it does nothing for carbs. None of the carbs I used it on worked.

Upon recommendation I bought NAPA Carb Cleaner. Again I had high hopes but still too many failures.

So tonight I went online to Pep Boys, an Eastern U.S. automotive chain, parts and servicing. I wanted to buy Berrymans Chem-Dip, my favorite so far. The regular price is $26, but it's on sale for $20, then they are having a 20% discount offer so that brought the price down to $16. I bought that, a can of Berrymans in gas tank fuel carb injector cleaner for $4 (similar to Seafoam, supposedly very good also), and a gallon of Lucas Oil Fuel Treatment for $26 after the discount, 5x cheaper than buying the individual bottles.

I have not seen Berryman's Chem dip in sometime. I thought is may have been discontinued.

Just curious, how do you dispose of it when you are done?

I don't dispose of it, it just disappears. Though I hold the carb over the can when I pull it out, some drips off the carb, and some washes off in the water bucket, then I use it in my ultrasonic cleaner and some evaporates.
